China and Japan formally signed an AEO mutual recognition arrangement

On October 26, 2018, under the witness of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, Director of the China customs Ni Yuefeng and Director of the Japan Customs Bureau Zhongjiang Yuanzai formally signed《Arrangements between the Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Customs of Japan on the mutual recognition of the credit management system of Chinese customs enterprises and the “Authorized Economic Operator” of Japanese customs》.
