As an emerging ultra-wide band gap conductor, gallium oxide has higher power and deep ultraviolet photoelectric characteristics, coupled with its thermal stability and low synthetic cost of the artificial crystal substrate. Based on this, developers are expected to develop miniaturization, high-efficiency and cost-effective ultra-high power transistors.
